Sandy Point State Park

Sunday, May 27th, 2007

Some new photos from today when my roommate and I went to Sandy Point State Park in Maryland.

There may be more that go up later, since I did take more pictures. The haze was a real problem though, so who knows.

Dallas Inbound

Thursday, May 24th, 2007

I’ll update this as I put more Dallas pictures up, but the first few are available now.

Actually, it’s a couple pictures and a movie.

[Update 05/27] There really are more coming, I just have to get the time to clean them up before I post them.

[Update 05/27 #2] Some more photos are up and there are a few left that need cleaning, but those probably won’t go up tonight (bigger fish to fry…).

[Update 05/27 #3] Bah, I did ‘em anyway. Last of the pictures and videos that are worth putting up are up.

Whew

Wednesday, May 23rd, 2007

Gallery restored. Tomorrow I’ll pull all my pics from Dallas and start getting things uploaded.

[Edit] If it happens to feel slow at first, that’s because some locally cached info was wiped out (like pre-generated thumbnail images).

No Pics Yet

Wednesday, May 23rd, 2007

Sorry, no pictures yet. I needed the break today and didn’t get around to restoring the backups that I needed to restore (this’ll teach me to delete things before I’m sure what they are…).

In Dallas (subtitle: Whoops!)

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

So I was going to post pictures and such from Dallas (here on work), but unfortunately I’m an idiot and broke the gallery a few days ago.

sigh

I won’t be able to fix it until I get home (need to restore some backups), so I’ll e-mail out some of the better pictures every once and awhile. I know, it’s a terrible disappointment to everyone.

Think I Passed - Maybe

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

Well, I think I passed my Chinese mid-term. I’d be happy with a C on it, but I’m hoping that there’s a curve involved ’cause I know I did better than some of my classmates ;)

Just testing something out…

Tuesday, May 8th, 2007

Nothing terribly interesting here, just testing out some character input modes in Ubuntu.

Māma, nǐ hǎo. 妈妈你好。Hi mom.

Well whaddya know, it works! (yes, those are three representations of “Hi mom”)
